Rigid plastic plant and separation
This recycling plant was built to shred large rigid plastic scrap components (maximum scrap size 1600x2000x1400mm) contaminated with studs and inserts made of ferrous and non-ferrous materials such as aluminum, brass, and iron.
The plant can shred contaminated plastic in selectable sizes from 30 to 10 mm in a single pass and separates ferrous and nonferrous material into a case that will then go to disposal.
Plastic material, on the other hand, is delivered in double-discharge big-bags in this case.

BEVERAGE CRUSHING PLANT
This plant allows for easy and clean shredding of liquid-containing material, dividing solid material into one bin and liquids into another.
The plant can process, drums drums, cans, glass bottles, jerry cans, bottles, etc….

HDPE PLASTIC SHREDDING AND WASHING PLANT
This plant is commonly used to shred waste derived from HDPE containers such as: jerry cans, jerry cans, light drums, heavy drums, ibc, etc….
The plant processes these scraps by reducing them to size with selectable fraction between 50 and 15 mm in a single pass with a productivity variable up to 1000 kg/hour, performing an initial wash to the plastic and then delivering it to the big-bag.

WASTE OIL RECOVERY PLANT
This plant allows for easy and clean shredding of material containing liquid, dividing solid material in one bin and liquid in another.
The plant can process, drums drums, cans, glass bottles, jerry cans, bottles, etc., allowing the liquid to be recovered in a special collection tank.
