VCM Recycling has developed a great deal of experience over the years in the treatment of HDPE-type plastic hazardous waste derived from contaminated cisterns, drums and jerry cans.
Thanks to the different solutions VCM is able to offer the end customer turnkey HOC plants ideal for treating any type of waste with optimal and proven results.
We can actually handle all the different treatment steps required: primary shredding, secondary shredding, washing, metal separation and centrifugation. To accompany this we offer a whole range of conveying and drying systems designed and manufactured by us, such as: conveyor belts, augers, vibrating or rotating systems.

What materials are we able to shred?
With the flexibility to customize various components, our industrial shredders can be configured to fit virtually any artificially created material. We create different types of specialized shredders for shredding specific materials, such as plastics, rubber, tires, household and industrial electronic waste, paper, cardboard, wood, bulky items, food waste, and special industrial substances, such as oil filters, hospital waste, metal waste, and textiles.
The amount of material to be processed plays an important role in choosing the type of industrial shredder to adopt. For relatively small amounts of material, manual loading of the shredder can be used, loading the material through a suitable hopper.
Alternatively, an automated loading system such as: conveyor belts, mechanical loaders, augers, etc. can be adopted.
