BH twin-shaft shredder
The BH twin-shaft shredder model is part of the “Heavy” range of shredders produced by VCM.
It is a honeycomb case constructed of heavy electro-welded carpentry and mechanically machined to a very high precision, specially designed to avoid twisting of the structure during shredding by actually ensuring a very precise and high-performance “scissor” cut between the grinders, which goes to make the most of the installed power.
Instead, shredding is entrusted to two counter-rotating rotors of hexagonal section assembled with hardened special steel grinders having diameters over 500 mm capable of attacking the incoming material effectively.
Propulsion, on the other hand, is assigned to primary brand and high quality planetary gear motors, high-end and protected cushioning.
It can be equipped with an inverter that allows independent RPM modulation of individual rotors.
These twin-shaft shredders are suitable for processing materials such as plastic, paper, cardboard, electric cables, tires, cans, and more.
